Someone has been walking regularly around Gresham. Maybe through Main City Park, around Powell Valley neighborhoods, or along flatter local routes. Everything feels pretty good, so they decide to take the next step: 

A Gorge hike. 
Powell Butte. 
A longer trail with elevation. 

And halfway through, they realize something feels off.
